What does it mean that your products are free of added perfume?
All products from Sanzi Beauty are free of added perfume and essential oils. This means that none of our products are perfumed to give them the right scent.
However, most of our ingredients have a natural origin, therefore they can also have a scent with them – and you will experience how there is a faint scent that differs from product to product. However, it is the actual ingredients in the product that you can smell. It is also a natural scent, which you will often find is hidden in products with added perfume.
What does it mean that the products are vegan?
All products from Sanzi Beauty are 100% vegan. We are certified through the recognized brand, the Vegan Society. Furthermore, none of our products have been tested on animals in accordance with EU legislation.

When will I receive my package?
We have our own warehouse in Herning, where we pack your order every weekday. Therefore, you will often find that we ship your item on the same day that you order. You will therefore most often experience receiving your package after just 1-3 working days.
How do I return a package?
If you wish to make a return of your products, you must always contact us before sending them back. Always remember to send your order number so that we can quickly help you further.
