A facial oil that does not make the skin greasy

En ansigtsolie som ikke fedter huden

Don't be intimidated by the word facial oil or applying it to your face. Many believe that a face oil will worsen the skin - make it more oily or give more impure skin. But in fact, a facial oil will do the exact opposite. With the right added oils, it will both moisturise, care for and protect the skin.

The benefits of our facial oil and why you should add it to your skincare routine.

The skin itself produces oil, which is also called sebum. The skin produces this sebum precisely to protect the skin and keep it moist. When the skin produces the perfect amount, the skin is beautifully healthy, but if the skin produces too little sebum, it can cause dry skin. But too much sebum can result in the skin becoming too oily and impure.

If you suffer from oily skin, it may seem inconvenient to add even more moisture (oil) to the skin, but in fact some of the oils that are the face oil get your sebum production under control.

Hydrating Face Oil is filled with nourishing ingredients that provide moisture, care and protection. We have created Hydrating Face Oil , which is based on carefully selected oils that deeply moisturize the skin. Together with vitamins and antioxidants, it also protects the skin against external influences.

All in all, the main purpose of facial oil is to moisturize, balance and protect the skin. Below you can read about the most important ingredients in our face oil:

Argan oil – Full of antioxidants

Argan oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, which refreshes and tightens the skin at the same time, protecting it from free radicals. In addition, it moisturizes the skin so that the skin does not dry out. And conversely, argan oil reduces your natural oil production if you have oily skin, so you don't overproduce sebum - and thus get impure skin. Last but not least, it is good against scars and sunburn.

Jojoba oil – Nourishes and protects against drying out

Jojoba oil has many benefits for the skin, including is moisturizing, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, which is ideal for fighting skin problems and helping to reduce minor swelling and redness from minor skin injuries. In addition, jojoba oil is one of the oils that most resembles sebum, therefore jojoba oil is good for people with dry skin. At the same time, it is also good for people with oily skin, as it helps remove excess sebum.

Camellia Oil – Moisturizing

Camellia oil is particularly known for caring for and moisturizing the skin while giving the skin the beautiful glow that most people long for. It is rich in minerals, antioxidants, vitamins A, B and E, which protect the skin, help to strengthen its elasticity and reduce and reduce the formation of wrinkles and fine lines. It also evens out the skin tone and minimizes scars.

Oat Oil – Protective

Oat oil is rich in ceramides and antioxidants, rebuilds the skin's barrier and minimizes the loss of essential fatty acids. Oat oil helps to reduce skin damage from e.g. the sun and air pollution, at the same time it adds moisture and softens the skin.

Almond oil – Healing effect

Almond oil is rich in vitamin E, which is known for its healing properties on irritated and damaged skin. Vitamin E is also anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and protective. It also helps to prevent premature ageing.

Acai oil – anti-aging effect

Acai berry is a superfood with lots of benefits. Acai oil is full of omega-6 and -9. It is also rich in vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, C and E. These help to make the skin more supple and give it an immediate, natural and healthy glow. It also has a revitalizing and strengthening effect on the skin, which protects it from degradation.
